Paint Masters - Decatur

Scott and Jennifer were awesome. I’m working on touching up a newly acquired Sprinter van and not only did Scott spend time helping me with the paint he also coached me on how to accomplish it all myself. Really generous and helpful guy and his staff helped put my order together while Scott was consulting me on the plan and process. I got in and out of there exactly in the time I had budgeted to run the errand and am all setup for success. Don’t waste an ounce of time at a box store chasing your own tail - give them a ring in advance and they’ll get you setup with the exact level of service you should expect from a specialty shop. Great experience. Will post results when I finish the project

I can’t say enough good things about this paint shop! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly, knowledgeable staff who truly care about helping customers. They took the time to answer all my questions, match colors perfectly, and even gave me great tips on application and finishing. The quality of their paints and supplies is excellent, and the prices are very fair compared to the big-box stores. Thank you guys for your help and products!

Stopped by to pick up a new HVLP gun kit, and some AE for a project. The guys here were great help, and talked shop for a bit. One of the guns in the kit had a busted flow knob, so I stopped back by the next day and they replaced it for me immediately. If they weren’t able to help me out, they knew a few other shops around town they were happy to refer. Spreading the wealth usually yields returns, and these guys get it. Thanks again, and see y’all soon.

One of the best experiences I’ve had with any business EVER! I was only looking to buy a small amount of paint for my car to fill a few rust spots and paint some door handle covers (pictured). I looked online and there were many options for what I needed but with mixed reviews and no one to help determine what I needed. I also called many paint businesses and they all either rejected my request, required a full car paint job, or simply referred me from store to store. Enter Paint Masters. I find this shop on Google maps, decide to give them a ring, and spoke to an actual person immediately (which is incredible and rare for any business nowadays) who was super helpful and assured me that they could whip up a couple cans of exact color matched paint for my car if I rolled into the shop. Following Friday I go out there and the young gentleman behind the counter (so sorry, I failed to get a name) was very attentive when I showed him why I needed paint and super informative with how I could DIY the job. Recommended me a good primer, clear coat, scuff pad, and made two cans of paint THE EXACT SAME COLOR AS MY CAR. No hassle. No confusion. No referring me to another store. I followed
